On December 19th, Optoplex Outdoor Fun Training and Awards Ceremony for Excellent Staff were carried out in Gulong Villa, Jiangxia District. In the outdoor fun training, all the staff were divided into four teams for competition guided by the coach, each consisting 25 to 30 people more or less with one team leader. Adopting the scoring method, first, second and third prizes would be ranked with respective awards.

After the completion of the training, all the staff reached the BBQ park for 2014 annual Awards Ceremony for Excellent Staff before the beginning of BBQ. Excellent staff wearing red flowers were awarded the honorary certificates and presents from the company leaders.

After the BBQ, staff were free to take any activities to their hearts’ content in the villa. Some of them went for a CS reality game led by the coach in self-organized teams, some for orange-picking in the orange garden, and still some for friendly basketball matches.

This outdoor excursion has promoted connections and bonds between staff beyond working areas as well as improving leadership, executive force, coordination and collaboration for teams.
